Delivery Information
We ship across the UK with Royal Mail and Parcelforce, for the fastest & most reliable service. Orders placed on/before 1pm will be dispatched for delivery that same day and any orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. If you order is placed on Friday after 1pm, it will be dispatched the following Monday. We deliver Monday-Friday. Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days.

Returns Information
If in the unlikely event you find that your products are not suitable, we are happy to refund or exchange your purchase if you notify us within 14 days of receipt.
Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition. The product/s must be returned in their original packaging undamaged unused and will be inspected upon return. Regarding boards, these must be inspected upon receipt and damages reported immediately or Coals 4 You can not accept responsibility.
Return postage is at the buyer's own cost and risk. We advise for all items to be returned via tracked mail. No refunds will be given for any items that go missing in the post and a claim will be made to Parcelforce / Royal Mail.
